Our Story
Equippers International was started over 30 years ago. In the early years, Cliff & Stephanie Canipe focused their outreach efforts exclusively into eastern and southern Africa.
Equippers International is the ministry framework through which Cliff & Stephanie conduct their ministry. They lived as faith-missionaries in South Africa for 18 years and have an international outreach ministry to countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. They are currently relocating their base of operations to Europe where they will continue their international outreach to the body of Christ.
All the ministry that Cliff & Stephanie do is fully funded by the generous support of individuals like yourself who believe in their call and want to partner with them to see the body of Christ strengthened and built up.
Why Give?
We believe the answer to this question is found in the character of God. It is God’s character to give. When we give we are reflecting the Father’s heart for us all. When we give we also become an active member in the ministry to the body of Christ around the world. Your giving makes it possible for many to receive teaching, encouragement, and support in their walk with the Lord as well as practical needs in their lives. Make a Difference
The apostle Paul commended the church in Philippi because of their willingness to participate in the ministry of giving. He knew that their gifts would make a huge impact in the lives of others. Whenever we give we can never underestimate what God can do with our gifts to use them to make a difference in someone else’s life. We believe in making a difference for the sake of that one life and your giving makes it possible for that to happen.
For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God.
Asking people for money is giving them the opportunity to put their resources at the disposal of the kingdom.
The most obvious lesson in Christ’s teaching is that there is no happiness in having or getting anything, but only in giving.
